Special offers or items purchased during a flash sale/promotion are eligible for credit or exchange only;

FINAL SALE

Items marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" are non-returnable. If goods are returned despite this policy, the items will be shipped back to you for an additional fee;

PROMOTIONAL CODE

Orders with a PROMOTIONAL CODE that discounts the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are eligible for credit or exchange only;

SWIMMING

All swimwear must be tried on in underwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-returnable;

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you are able to return the items within the return period.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the customer's responsibility. themoryshop.com is not responsible for missing inbound deliveries of a return. We recommend that you return your items via registered or tracked mail as returns are the customer's responsibility until received by themoryshop.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty product. Please contact our customer service team at support@themoryshop.com with your order number and pictures of the error and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
